Ron will be doing Event 3 tomorrow at 6 AM come and WOD with him to show your support. He will also be doing Event 4 on Saturday Morning at 10:00. We would love to see SCCFamily show up and encourage him and workout if you would like to be part of the fun.

Christmas for Breakfast 2015. SCCF second year being apart of this great cause. The mission is to provide assistance to indigent, I’ll, disadvantaged and disabled women and children in Vietnam through charitable support.

Muscle Up BootCamp will be held August 8th beginning at 10 AM lasting roughly 2 hours. Eli and several SCCF Coaches will be Coaching at the seminar. Eli has a competitive background in Gymnastics, and he has awesome insight into gaining the Muscle Up. We will have instruction, break out sessions, and practice Muscle Up progression, drills, and skills. ***There is no cost for members to attend, but a donation of $25 to Uplifting Lives Org. is recommended.*** Uplifting Lives is an organization that brings CrossFit to at risk youth and young adults to give them empowerment and a new outlook. Uplifting Lives mission is to morally or spiritually elevate individuals ; inspiring happiness or hope in their lives through the methodology of CrossFit. Space is limited to 20 people. Please RSVP for your spot.

We currently have no job openings, but we have added a job information section to the website. We will be posting opportunities here when needs arise. The last two weeks of the year always bring low attendance. Just remember the Holiday season is stressful, and you will feel much more relaxed if you are getting in a few WODs these two weeks. Come in get to work and get back to the hustle and bustle. It has been a great year, and everyone has been working really hard. You each are a very important part of our community and what makes all of us get better. The encouragement and excitement at SCCF is amazing! We love you and we can’t wait to see the PR’s and Rx WODs in the New Year!
